Buddies in Bad Times Theatre offers special rates for groups
of 10 or more!

Student Groups: $15 per student and one complimentary ticket for the group organizer.
Other Groups: 20% discount

How to book a group visit to our Theatre:

Choose a production, possible dates and determine the size of your group. A group is considered to be 10 or more people.
Please inform us of any possible concerns such as wheelchair seating, poor vision or hearing at the time of your booking.
Choose a group representative - this is one person from your organization who will be the contact for all aspects of the reservation.
If paying at the time of your booking, group arrangements can be made in person or by telephone through our Box Office during regular hours. Orders that require payment by cheque must be booked through the Box Office/Front of House Manager.
For advance bookings, you will be sent a reservation agreement. The reservation agreement will indicate the cost of the tickets and the date by which numbers need to be finalized with the theatre.
Tickets can be picked up in advance during regular box office hours, or on the day of the performance. Once final payment is received, ticket numbers can not be decreased.

Advance group bookings must be paid in full two weeks prior to the performance.
Additional tickets can be purchased anytime up to the performance date at the group rate. Additional tickets are subject to availability.
Please be aware that the theatre is general admission seating, the house opens one half-hour prior to show time.
Some of our productions DO NOT ALLOW LATECOMERS. It is the responsibility of the group organizer to inform all members of the group of this policy.
To ensure that your group sits together please arrive early to claim seats together. Seats will not be reserved. No refunds for unused tickets.
