Youth Workshops

Develop your skills as a creator and performer at workshops led by some of Canada's most innovative queer artists.

Playwriting, burlesque, drag, performance art, dance, character creation, clown, dub poetry, set design, puppetry, theatre criticism….the Youth Programme offers a wide variety of workshops on a wide variety of subjects related to theatre and performance creation. Past workshop leaders included: Daniel MacIvor, d'bi young, Jess Dobkin, Sky Gilbert, Darren O’Donnell, David King, Ed Roy, Deb "Dirk" Pearce, Diane Flacks, Morris Panych, Ken MacDonald, Sasha Von Bon Bon, Pam Johnson, Jon Kaplan, Daddy K, Noah Kenneally, Dave Tomlinson and many more.

When

Workshops take place on selected Wednesday nights, from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, in Tallulah's Cabaret (unless otherwise stated). Workshops are free, but space is limited and you must RSVP to reserve your spot.
